This policy explains how Converture Inc. collects, uses, protects, and discloses personal information when authorized users access the Converture AI Transformation Office application, website, demonstrations, and controlled pilot services.
1. Who we are
Converture Inc. provides technology, AI transformation, architecture, and advisory services. In this policy, "Converture," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Converture Inc. The application covered by this policy is Converture AI Transformation Office.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the service, we may collect:
- Identity and account information: name, business email address, Microsoft Entra tenant and user identifiers, and authentication information supplied by the identity provider.
- Organization and assessment information: organization profile data, maturity-assessment answers, scores, recommendations, roadmap items, initiatives, owners, milestones, risks, progress values, and KPIs entered by authorized users.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, authentication events, diagnostic data, and application logs.
- Support and business communications: messages, contact details, pilot requirements, and feedback you provide to us.
We do not intentionally collect payment-card information through the current controlled-pilot application.
3. How we use information
- Provide, authenticate, operate, support, and secure the service.
- Calculate maturity results and generate guidance, roadmaps, initiative records, and KPI views requested by authorized users.
- Administer demonstrations, pilots, onboarding, customer support, and business communications.
- Detect misuse, investigate incidents, maintain service reliability, and meet legal obligations.
- Improve product usability, performance, documentation, and functionality using aggregated or appropriately de-identified information where feasible.
4. Legal grounds
Where applicable, we process personal information to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps, pursue legitimate business and security interests, comply with law, and obtain consent when consent is required.
5. Service providers and disclosure
We may disclose information to Microsoft Azure and other authorized service providers that host, secure, monitor, or support the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
6. Microsoft services
The service uses Microsoft Entra ID for authentication and Microsoft Azure services for application hosting and database operations. Microsoft may process technical and account information under its own contractual and privacy terms.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The application uses essential authentication, session, security, and load-balancing cookies. These cookies are necessary to sign users in, maintain sessions, route requests, and protect the service. The controlled-pilot release does not intentionally use advertising cookies.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, encrypted network connections, access controls, managed cloud infrastructure, logging, and operational review. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Retention
We retain information for the period reasonably necessary to provide the pilot or service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. At the end of an engagement, data may be deleted, returned, or de-identified according to the applicable agreement and operational requirements.
10. International processing
Information may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States, or other locations where Converture or its service providers operate. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards for cross-border processing.
11. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information. An organization using the service may be responsible for responding to requests concerning information it controls. Contact us so that we can assess and route your request appropriately.
12. Children
The service is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the product, law, or our practices. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
